Alternative Fan Mount

Tired of replacing fans because the bushings would blow due to the 45 degree angle, I decided to fix it.  Motor needs to be rotated (Or you can demount the back of the motor and rotate it, which is what I did) 90 degrees so the wire isn't in the way, and you MIGHT need to trim one of the  snap locks on the case of the fan off.
