Inspired by this thing and the creator's invitation to design a better bottom lid, I decided to create a snap-together housing for a Zigbee router using a CC2530 + CC2591 + HLK-PM03 as described here.
This version houses the CC2530 + CC2591 in the lid and the HLK-PM03 in the base and also has plenty of room for wire management/DuPont connectors/LEDs/small trinkets.
Follow the print instructions to create a mesh for the inside of the lid - just behind the zigbee2mqtt logo - to aid with dust prevention. This was glued in place. I also glued the bottom of the HLK-PM03 to the rectangle in the base of the model.

Notes:
Use a large support blocker when printing the lid to prevent unnecessary supports everywhere except the hole at the rear for the CC2591 Antenna.
To print the mesh for the inside of the lid: Set the top and bottom layers to zero, choose an infill pattern and density. I chose Triangles at 65%. Category: ComputerThe author marked this model as their own original creation. Imported from Thingiverse.
