After I installed my screen door (and created holes in my doorpost) I found out the door rubbed ever so slightly onto my floor mat. I recreated the stationary hinge and added some height offset so the door could clear the mat.

I also needed to increase the gap between the screen door and doorpost. The door-hinge bumped into the doorpost and bended the stationary hinges.

In the files section you'll find the "Bruynzeel_S500_hinge_original.stl" file - which is the original hinge recreated without any offsets.

The rest of the files have a offset applied to them, and the file naming convention is the following: Bruynzeel_S500_Hinge_XXXmm_height_offset_XXXmm_doorpost_offset

height_offset: The amount of offset you need to create more clearance between the screen door and the floor doorpost_offset: The amount of offset you need to create more clearance between the screen door and the doorpost

You can reuse the original pin to attach the screen door hingeparts.
