The battery latch of one of my Bafeng UV5R broke. I looked on the internet for a 3d printed replacement, I only found a solution on Youtube, but the printed latch was far from functional. Therefore I designed a new one in order to better fit the radio and to work as the original one. With 0.1 layer height, recycled PLA and Prusa MK3s printer, the latch takes 30 minutes to print. The supports are incredibly easy to remove (Thank you Josef Prusa!) and no post printing processing is required.
