I wanted to make an audiobook player for my niece, so i used a pi zero with the pimoroni pirate audio headphone board. Ywabiko's pirate audio cases are a work of art, i printed one and it was perfect, but i decided i needed to add a battery, so i used the waveshare Li-Ion battery hat for the pi zero:

and remodelled Ywabiko's case to fit it.
I made the case from translucent petg so that the battery indicator/ charge leds are visible through it, with a red pla toggle for the power on/off switch and a bronze pla lid.
This thing is the remodelled case and the toggle for the power switch, you'll have to get the lid from Ywabiko's pimoroni pirate audio case, it works with either the headphone or line-out model:
