PI-KVM pikvm Case With HDMI to CSI C779 Module

I really like the design from evancli for RPi4 with HDMI CSI Card.

I make the slot bigger to fit CSI to HDMI bridge card for Pi-KVM.

I also remove the top OLED mount because it will not fit with the larger C779 module.
