Bessey & Irwin Bar Clamp Pads

Replacement pads/caps for Irwin & Bessey Bar Clamps. These should be printed in TPU or similar flex material - harder materials could still damage your workpiece and won't deflect enough to slide onto the clamp. These are snug and won't fall off.

Print upright, with the closed end touching the bed. Use 4mm brim to hold it, and a 5mm single-layer skirt to help remove the gunk that TPU likes to make during priming.

Do not exceed your slicer's volumetric limits for FLEX material otherwise TPU looks like garbage. It will be a slow print, over an hour for each cap. I print TPU at 205C, on a 50C bed, with first layer speed of only 10mm/s. Disable fan, disable retraction.
