As requested, I have posted the step file for use on remixes.
Thank you so much for this model. I made several and they do their job nicely. I recommend scaling the model pieces up to 106% to fit a 100 double sleeved cards in it nicely. Also, the pegs on the bottom piece can sometimes get printed out too small, which makes the box too loose, but someone already remixed this model with bigger pegs.

Printed one of these (black) to match my 80+ Boulder (pink) and it turned out really good!

I am printing a new bottom with a tighter tolerance. If it works, I will add the updated STL to this model.
Should I use some horizontal expansion value in Cura to make it close smoothly?
Loved it so I remixed it with a skull on top! Here is my remix: https://www.printables.com/model/504111-ultra-guard-pro-100-mtg-deck-box-with-skull

Printed with 0.4 mm nozzel, fit is a bit too loose for my liking. Looks good otherwise. Filament PM PLA metallic green (edited)

Printed nicely and holds 108 single-sleeve cards with ease, but probably no more without forcing it. Printing in PETG using a 0.6mm nozzle makes for a very loose fit, so it's not possible to lift by grabbing the top and will probably break open if put in a bag. Still great for shelf storage.
Will re-print with PLA to try if it'll be a tighter, more secure, fit with same nozzle and later potentially step down to 0.4mm nozzle for a third print as well.
