I have an old Logitech Orbit MP that I can't seem to figure out how to get the pan and tilt working in Windows 10.

I set the webcam on this base and I can tilt it to frame myself perfectly.

I use the fact that FDM can't do smooth curves in the Z direction to my advantage.

The surface roughness serves as a position lock.

I printed this in PETG because that is what was on the printer. PLA would be fine.
