Wanted a Mountable Raspberry Pi 4 Case for my Prusa, found a few others but nothing that was perfect for me so i designed one. It is designed to be mounted on the front of my Prusa but works fine on my Ender 3v2 as well so should work with most extrusion printers. I wanted it mounted at the front as it can be a nightmare plugging cables in if mounted at the back, i have it on the left but can't see why it couldn't be mounted on the right instead.
The lid is held on by 4 m3x18mm bolts, the fan is held in by the 4 screws that came with the Noctua 40x10 and is mounted to the frame with 2 m5x12 bolts with T Nuts.
Printed at 0.2mm layer height
UPDATE 13/12/2022
Someone asked for a version with a cut out for the Pi camera ribbon cable but there isn't room between the fan and the Camera port to fit the ribbon cable. So i have uploaded a second version of the top which allows the fan so be mounted to the top of the case and also made a hole for the fan cable to go through. I have also made a simple push fit cover for the fan, i tried it with loads of 4010 fans and they are all slightly different so you may need to adjust the size in your slicer but it is a quick print. I found it is easier to put the fan cover on before screwing the fan to the case. I have added some new pictures for reference.
Thanks
