A friend wanted to a wall hanging with all the phases of the moon and there didn't seem to be anything ready made for it so I designed this.
Default Size:
90mm diameter (plus a little for the hanging loop)
2mm thick (1mm black background, 1 mm white/silver for the moon; New Moon is only 1mm thick)
It is designed to be printed with a filament change after the base circle has been printed and before the moon itself is printed. The 2mm thickness was chosen so I could set a layer of 0.2mm and 5 skins top and bottom and get a solid model.
If you want thicker just scale up the Z axis. And if you change the diameter up or down (X/Y axis) consider setting the Z axis independently so it doesn't get too thick or too thin.
Also included are 'moon only' models. To use these print a 'New Moon', which is just the black background) and glue a 'moon only' to it with a bit of superglue. This saves the hassle of doing a filament change but getting the moons lined up might be tricky.

Filament: Tinmorry PLA Black & Silver
Notes:
Designed to be printed with a filament colour change after the base black has been laid down. For me, at 0.2 Adaptive layer height, that was before layer 4. But be sure to preview and check with your own settings before setting the layer for the filament change.
