Wasn't too impressed with the selection of headphone clamp holders here on Thingiverse, so decided to make my own version. This design uses a moveable clamp protector located at the end of the tightening bolt so that when you do tighten the clamp and it starts deforming, it'll still be in full contact with the table. I did find however that the model deforms overtime due to prolong deformation. Still works though! Do post a make if you decided to print one!

Note: When printing the bolt, I advise you to print it horizontally instead of vertically. This is to ensure that the ball socket end doesn't just break off. You will need to use support for this, but it is well worth it.

Print Settings

Printer:

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Filament: Smith3D PLA+ Black

Notes:

It is advisable to print with 4 or 5 perimeter walls, from my experience with this model so far, it eventually deformed from the clamp force.
