One of the Pro Comp center caps on my alloy 3rd party wheels came off from my Toyotal FJ and was lost. I tried to order a replacement but no luck (all the wrong size). 3D printing to the rescue.

The outside dimension of the hole on my alloy wheels is 107.6 mm.

The originals had a wire spring that held those in place. My replacement uses friction so probably a good idea to use Shoe Goop to ensure that doesn't work its way off.

Notes:

Printed with 5 outer shells for strength. Because of the size, it will tend to warp without a heated bed.

Post-Printing

Spray painted the print with mirror paint. I plan to print out a Logo and glue that on the outside of the cap to jazz it up.
