Case - Nightscout - Moto G4 Phone with the Dexcom G4

A parent came to me asking if I could make a 3D printed case for her diabetic son that uses Nightscout and Motorola Moto G4 phone with the Dexcon G4 receiver. The two devices talk to each other through a usb cable and monitors blood glucose levels. I found this one on Thingiverse: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:771324

However, this model was the wrong size for the Moto G4 phone - so I adjusted it to fit and after a couple of iterations, I got the sizing right.
