Extruder Knob for MicroSwiss Direct Drive Extruder Mod for CR-10 / Ender 3 Printers

This is a slight modification of the Ender 3 / Ender 2 / Creality CR-10 Extruder Knob by ReplayMD. The neck of the knob is a little bit longer and is smaller at the end to better fit on to the MicroSwiss Direct Drive Extruder. The tolerances of the grip onto the stepper motor are also a little bit tighter for a better fit.
