Living in the USA 10x12mm aluminum rectangular tube is hard to find and unnecessarily expensive so I printed it. Print the bar and nut block as oriented in STLs, no support was needed, and then superglue the nut block into place with the nut inserted. Uses a 4mm or similar diameter bolt and nut. After printing I noticed the bar seemed too wide to fit in the groove of the radius table but then realized that some 'elephant's foot' was to blame so just use a blade to trim that down if needed. Also file or sand the sides of the nut block and end piece if they don't slide freely into the bar. I also found that letting the guide bar cool down on/with the build plate virtually eliminated any warping while removing it immediately after printing and letting it cool too fast did promote some warp.

Secondly the 12v sockets I had laying around are too small and passed right through the hole in the model. Found a washer for one side and printed a grommet to make the hole smaller. Glue the grommet into the back of the hole and screw the 12v socket in
