Ron Swanson Shave Brush (magnetic)

Shave brush handle for use with traditional shave soap. Designed for a 24mm brush knot but could be modified to fit other sizes (be sure to leave ~2mm clearance).

Secure a strong magnet into the base of the handle if you want to hang the brush from anything metal. Ron's face is reversed on the opposite side, so he can be right-side up whether the brush is sitting on the counter or hanging from a shelf.

Attach the brush knot using silicone adhesive. There are other adhesives that can be used, but silicone holds great, and the knot can be twisted out if it ever needs to be replaced.

I printed this in ABS with supports in order to retain the detail of the inlay, but it may work without supports (I didn't try). I then smoothed it with acetone.

Materials needed:

• 24mm Brush knot (I like synthetic)
• Silicone adhesive (or similar)
• Neodymium magnet (<15mm diameter)
