5015 Fan Duct for Ender 5, Ender 5 Plus

Hello, 

Here is something for Ender 5.  It allows for the addition of a 5015 blower.  There is a short version and a tall version.  The tall version allows you to attach the wires to keep them off the bed while printing, mainly for Ender 5 Plus. 

The two small pieces need to be epoxied together.  And a bit of sanding is needed.

I just realized that if I switch when the BL touch sensor bracket it do fit.
