Due to the PI shortage, and the fact I never touch the pi400, I wanted a decent case.
This fits the bill perfectly!!!!
I printed mine in Overture Black PLA as follows:
0.3 layer height
0.72 line width (0.6mm nozzle)
60mmps
75% infill
210c hotend / 50c bed
took about 4 1/2 hours.
I was able to remove supports at the front and only needed to remove one in the rear (looking down with the pots up top - the bottom right one) and by leaving that one in there, I was able to 'snap-fit' the board in.
It aligned tightly all around including the alignment pegs in the middle of the board.
It is snug and required no screws or inserts.
It is a stationary project so I didn't need to add any hardware to secure it.
