Intex Pool Drain to Hose adapter

This adapter allows you to connect a standard US garden hose (GHT, FHT) to an Intex above ground pool drain.

Notes:

There is quite a bit of overhang in this model's threads (up to 65º in places), but supports are not required or recommended. Use thin layers (e.g. ~0.12mm) to avoid issues. This will also improve the smoothness of the threads.

Post-Printing

No cleanup or processing required.

How I Designed This

I got the thread specs for GHT online (wikipedia). I measured the intex thread diameters with vernier calipers and took a rough guess at the shape of the appropriate thread profile.
