A simple printable jig for holding fins to an airframe while epoxying. The original parametric design is convenient, I have simply customized it for my larger high power rocket.
I additionally punched a few holes in the walls so that setscrews can be used to clamp down on the body, should the tolerances not be perfect. This also allows for greater clearance, should the epoxy job become messy.

Print this mostly using shells, no point in using high infill percent.
Large layer heights are a good idea too.
I printed mine at default "low" settings on a Makerbot Replicator 2.
Using the following options:
jig_fin_width = 20
fin_width = 2.5
fin_number = 3
glue_clearance = 8
wall_thickness = 2
jig_height = 30
$fn = 150
tube_diameter = 59
