After Purchasing my Voxelab Aquila and printing the spool relocation mount which worked ok for me, i noticed some issues. although functional, it moved the spool a fair way out of the side of the printer taking up space, i reversed the spool holder so it pointed back towards the printer but it was tight trying to get the spool off when the bed was right back.
I then added the cable chain to my printer and then the spool adapter would need to be rotated and stick out too far again. or wouldn't fit back on without hitting the chain.
So i have developed a much more compact spool relocation bracket which works much better, doesn't hit the cable chain, as it has 5mm clearance between the cable chain and the end of the spool holder nut.
You will need:
To hold bracket to machine:
4x M4 T-nuts
4x M4 10mm bolts
to mount the filament spool holder
2x M4 10mm bolts
2x M4 Nuts (holes for sliding the M4 Nut into so the thread lines up.
