Another drill bit holder for numbered sets 1-40. Fitting is loose as is, so if you want a tight fit you might want to scale down 1% or 2%.

Drill Bit holder using Blender Basics
Started with a cube and shaped a staircase by extruding faces and using loop cuts along the way. Created cylinders using the numbered drill bit size diameters to get the right size and 80mm height. Arranged them in a suitable order along the staircase. Used a boolean difference modifier on the cube to subtract the numbered cylinders. Scaled all cylinders in X and Y direction by +15%. This gives proper tolerance spacing to fit the drill bit. You can do smaller for a tighter fit, or scale down the whole model in the print process. Created text for each row with a 0.2mm extrusion. Converted text to mesh and used boolean modifier on cube to subtract text. Created cylinders for mounting holes and boolean modified that too.
