463mm MLOK Hex Handguard
Description
PDFBarrel nut threads directly to upper receiver. Handguard threads into barrel nut and is held together with two or three M3x0.5x12 screws. You can slice the model to a shorter size if you want. Just sand and superglue the edges to put them together.
Depending on your print settings this will take about 22 hours at 0.2mm layer height and 200g (PLA filament).

Notes:
Print with high shell count (4 or 5) and low infill for a solid build. Use your slicer to cut the model and fit it to your print bed. I recommend printing with a brim for the supports needed on the Barrel Nut. You can print without supports but it'll make the overhangs really ugly.
