This is a case for Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W and the PiSugar 2
(The Pisugar is a UPS for the Pi Zero: https://www.pisugar.com/).
This case needs 4 off M2.5 x 12mm long screws to clamp the Pisugar to the Pi Zero through the bottom of the case. The Pisugar uses spring contacts to the GPIO pins so needs positive clamping and includes threaded inserts in holes matching the Pi Zero.
It has openings for the Pi Zero micro USB ports, the PiSugar USB charge port, the micro HDMI port, the camera cable and the micro SD. Included is a slider and a button to operate the PiSugar on/off switch and user programmable button
It prints without supports on my Voxelab Aquila C2 .
I found Cura was treating the inner corner of plain counter bored holes as an inner surface and trying to print it before the rest of the overhang that it would attach to i.e. in open space. The recesses for the screws in this case are countersunk to avid that and I found that works ok with pan head screws too.
I tried the case that pisugar has links to but it's more tricky to print (needs support, and the details for the on/off switch slide are very small and overhanging).
One issue with this case at the moment is that you can't get to the GPIO pins after assembly, if any one wants I could do a version with an opening for the GPIO pins.
These STL files are exported directly from a model so you will need to rotate the lid, the switch slider and the button before slicing.
This is my first model, please give feedback.
Edit: Button length extended and base reduced.
