I designed this for my own setup. I could not find a 4010 blower fan, so decided to create my own adapter.

I drilled three 3mm holes into the stock case.

Quantity 3 = M3 x 25mm

Quantity 5 = M3 1mm spring washers (to eliminate vibration)
