Scout Flag Top Banner Holder

This is a Scout streamer holder for a patrol flag. Remember: "A scout is thrifty." Rather than a newly formed patrol spend their limited funds on a $20 banner holder I whipped this one up in Solidworks and printed one out. This fits the "Universal Emblem Flagpole Topper". Slide it on, set the screw then let it sit on the pole.
