Works great. Used on my ender 5 plus. Modified the model to have cable exits.
They fit perfectly. I am on the hunt for some matching 2020 extrusion cable covers that look like this. I might remix this one.

Had the same problem as others. May be due to accuracy or print resolution, but mine came out too loose. They will just baaaarely stay on, but can easily fall off if bumped or jostled. The 'teeth' just need to be a tad more pronounced, that's all.

The fit seemed a little loose, but increasing its width by 1mm in the slicer fixed that for me. Thanks for a cool, useful design!
