Colt 1911

Changes Made:

This model is now filled and cut in half to allow to print without support.

The previous model had all the internal parts making it too complex and long to print. Certain sections would cave in due to them being hollow. Printing the whole thing at once required one side to have supported all around.

My print:

For my print, I added dense grid support to maximize the filling on the inside of the Colt adding weight to make it feel better in the hand. Print left and right then simply glued them together.

Printed in PLA since I wanted a smooth surface finish.
