ITEM light 4080 3-way connector left side

This 3-way connector for 4040 / 4080 profiles was designed for a DIY laser cutter project.

It easily connects three ITEM profiles to each other, which can be attached with four M8 x 20mm inner square screws.

(+) very precise and form-fitting

(+) no twisting of the profiles

(+) high stability if the infill is increased accordingly

(-) only ITEM light profiles, otherwise all positive points will get worse

The connector was printed in a resolution of 0.2mm to ensure the accuracy of the connection.

The infill was set to 20%, which has given a good stability, but can be increased as needed to get a higher stability.
