Power supply using two DPS5005 units, and a 48V DC power supply unit. It requires a handful of other components that you can easily get from a local electronics store or on line (binding posts, power inlet etc)

The PSU is an S-500-48. Google it and you’ll find multiple retailers of it around the world.

Print instructions

Can be printed without supports.
Standard 0.4 nozzle
0.2 layer height, 10% infill.
Print end caps outside face down.
Centre section prints fine as a tube with either end down.

Run appropriately sized drill bits down the holes to clean them out.

All three pieces are held together by 8mm steel rods that slide through the centre section, which are tapped for M4 cap head screws.

Attached gcode files have been sliced using Slic3r PE, with Chris Warkocki's Pretty PLA and Pretty PETG profiles respectively.

Two different filament types as I had some PETG to use up :)
