Hand mic for uBitx radio kit

I decided to model my own hand mic for the uBitx kit. They only provide an electret microphone element with the kit. The micro switch I used had a center button so I left a hole in the pocket for that. The switch pocket wall is only 1 mm on the face, so you can nip away part of it if your micro switch has an offset button. Put a bit of foam in the microphone pocket so the element will be pressed into it to prevent vibration noise.
