Well I went ahead and printed this out to see for myself; I had to drill a hole out between the wheel bearing spacers to sit flush against the cr-6 toolhead mount plate and see no other issue than there is nothing to mount a strain gauge to. It would be good to have another hole or two in the top left to zip tie the stepper wires and hotend cable.
I don't know how to modify steps files but if I end up remixing the .stl in tinkercad are you happy for me to share it with credit to you and the original author?
