Two Way 1/2 Inch Ratchet

2 way half inch ratchet.  Requires 2-3 m2 screws and 2 springs for the pawls.  I tested with a cut down bed spring for the pawls, but using ¼" adhesive foam is much quieter.  Storing the ratchet with the lever up is preferred so the springs aren't stored compressed.
