Print at 80% infill for strength.

The square section has curved edges.

The first print of a square size of 6.5mm was not very sucessfull, I think mainly because I had only 30% infill set which made it too weak for the 7.9mm* square hole in my meter cupboard.

A 7.02mm size at 80% infill works very well..

I think a 6.5mm square with an 80% infill would have worked if it as used.

• Most likely classed as an 8mm square hole.
