A remix for a 80mm fan for a clean look

The holes used for mounting are 3.9mm for small M3 heatset inserts drill to size for large ones

-Needs 8 fan screws to complete

-Removed buck converter

-Added fan surround

I used a fixed stepdown Bec so i did not need the mount
