Neje A40640 AirAssist + Safety

Neje A40640 laser air assist with optional safety.

Attention: even if the guard blocks most of the light, you still have to use goggles for your own safety. Don't print the guard too big, because the smoke still needs some gap to escape.

based on your lasers focus length you can move the safety in Z direction in cura to print it as long as you need.

The fitting for the tube is glued in place with super glue.

Printed in PETG with 0.2mm layer hight.

PLA may cause problems because of the temperature.
