Yet another SD Card Extender holder for Creality Ender 3

This is a modified version (remix) of the SD card holder from Kenji815.

I have enlarged the slot for the cable entry and placed it a little more in the center, to get the SD extension cable through at all, at least in my case! ;-)

Other than that I have extended (lengthened) the model so that the SD card adapter fits almost perfectly, added a notch so you can grip the SD card better, made the design a bit more rounded and added a little arrow pointing to the SD card. :-)
