A 21700 cell holder I came up with for make a 3p battery setup. They nest together in a nice, compact hexagonal/staggered shape for efficient use of space.
There are two variants, and two setups. The first is a single piece, you can arrange these in shapes as you please. The second one is a 3x2 set. I used this to make the battery a "solid block" by offsetting them from each other. The two other variants are just to fill up a Prusa sized bed.

Notes:
Use no infill, nor any top/bottom layers, do 9999 walls. This model is VERY carefully crafted to exact .2mm layer height and .4mm wall width.rnrnI STRONGLY, EMPHATICALLY suggest you run your sliced gcode through Arc Welder, it makes it SIGNIFICANTLY easier to print these and they come out way nicer. I was also able to print these at 80mm/s with no issues using the arc'ed gcode.rnrnThese walls and tolerances are designed for my machine after a few test prints to fit snuggly, they may not work from your machine, but you should be able to scale the model up/down small amounts to account for that.
