Oculus Quest Battery Clip for XT Power 20000

This is a battery holder for the Oculus Quest that fits the XT Power 20000 pack.

The battery opening is 84 x 22 with an 11mm radius on the ends.

It holds the pack securely and is comfortable and stable.

V8 has pointed arches and that seems to have eliminated all overhang issues. I also loosened up the strap-hook a bit so that it can be adjusted without removing it.

If anyone wants a version for another battery, just send me the details about the cross-section of the battery. See the images for the details on the XT Power's cross-section measurements.

If you print using larger layer-heights than 0.25, you will need to work on the threads a lot.

I recommend sanding the screws and running a M6x1 tap through the holes. (Or metal M6x1 screw that has notch ground along its length.)

If you print in anything but PLA, be sure the part cooling fan is directed at the flat side opposite the clip. The overhangs are still an issue.
