Igloo BMX 25, 52 & 72 Qt Cooler Hinge

I printed in PETG .2 layer height and it has held up over a year so far. TPU may be another good candidate. Simply knock the hinge rod through the old hinge with a small punch, and knock the rod back through the newly printed part. Make sure to knock the ice off the rim before closing so you don't break the hinges again! Enjoy your cooler again with both hinges!
