It is a nice elephant.
Printed using PETG in original size. It seems that it should be enlarged before printing because original size tusks and trunk are fragile.
Temperatures were 235 and 75. Stock Creality 0.4 nozzle. Printed within 2 hours.
I printed it a little smaller because I was low on filament, and one of the tusks snapped off while removing the supports. I don't recommend reducing the size. Still turned out great.
Thank you for the model.
I printed it some time ago while learning how to use supports on my new printer. I gave the model to an elderly friend and thought no more about it.
I visited her today, and she has it in pride of place near her chair where she spends a lot of her day. Clearly "elephants" represent something special for her.
Thank you - your model has brought much happiness to a friend. (edited)
prusa pla with 0.6 nozzle, supports and variable layer height. Tail and trusks are quite fragile, tail broke off 10 minutes after printing. Should be printed as big as possible
