Prusa i3 Z axis anti back lash adaptder

this adapter allows use of my X carriage ends( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1060290) with a standard M5 threaded rod.

Utilizing 2 nuts and a spring each side it creates an anti back lash system to improve print quality over the standard single nut set up

Notes:

Best printed slowly to maintain accuracy for a good fit. If possible use a 0.3 or 0.25 nozzel

The top M5 nut should slide easily in its respective bore to allow the spring to function correctly and reduce back lash
