You will need a 300mmx300mm print bed to print the split portions. I have provided the Inkscape SVG project file in case you want to slice it up to whatever you want. There's also a full STL if you want to cut it in PrusaSlicer.

Suggestions:

  • Print on glass using concentric patterns for top, bottom, and infill. Peeling it off the glass should reveal a good surface to prime and paint.
  • Use a Modifi3D finishing tool (or similar cheap soldering iron tool) and a bit of extra filament to plastic weld the pieces together. Sand, prime, and paint.
  • Print outside walls before inside. Use a thick enough wall so there's no infill. You may want to disable Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion (Elephant's Foot Compensation).
  • 2.0mm and 2.4mm thick line variants are provided. 2.4mm is more suitable for 0.8mm nozzles.

My photo is of the one with 2.0mm lines using a 0.8mm nozzle. It is pre-assembly and painting (obviously)

I sketched it in Onshape, exported the .dxf into Inkscape, then exported a plain .svg. I then used svg2stl.com to create a 3mm thick .stl file. I split the model in PrusaSlicer.
