2020/2040 Extrusion Thread Tapping Jig

I started with this jig for 2020 from mjbudden: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2764774

But I wanted to be able to use it with both 2020 and 2040, so I removed one of the 4 prongs.

This way you can put the side with no insert to the middle to the 2040, and it will still work on 2020 just fine.
