dome blow former

this is a blow former that blows a heated softened acrylic or similar material, into a dome shape via air pressure from a shop vac or other device.

the red piece in the pics is the softened acrylic piece.

the acrylic must be apprx. .1 in thick but is adjustable because of the screw clamping method.

you place the acrylic on the bottom piece then screw on the top to hold the acrylic in place then turn on air pump.

the bottom has a 2 in. outer diameter , so the hose connect must have a 2 in. inner diameter to mount to it.

i included a stp file so you can adjust the diameter to fit any hose connector you want.
