Finally I've got it working. So... Important notes:
I might forget something or write wrong screw length. Excuse me for that. Next time I disassemble it, I'll measure correct length.
I used screws DINs from local store. You may try other screws. No problem.
Extruder idler handle needs roller with U-profile. There is handle model for mr95zz instead of roller. I took roller and it's pin from cheap titan-extruder kit. I've also found useful tension spring, thumb screw and nut.
There is a problem with titan-aeroheat sink and thumb screw. They do not fit to each other. Engraving tool and diamond rotary bits did it's work.
New extruder means new Z-min position. I was not able to set correct Z-Endstop position. So I drilled couple of holes in side acrylic plate and moved plate lower. And z-endstop also. Keep in mind that X-beam can't move lower than wheels can move. So table also should be raised. Maybe some m3 nuts can make table springs stronger.
Btw, Volcano might be easier assemble: no drilling. But there is no fan mount for Volcano yet. Later... some day later!
Print Settings
Unfortunately I'm sure some printed parts do not fit well to each other. They may require some sanding and cutting.
I used ABS for all the parts. Actually ABS is strongly recommended only for fan ducts.
0.4mm nozzle is perfect.
Supports is needed only for aero_idler_handle. Other parts can be printed without supports.
Some infill is needed only for hcmaker_titanaero_body. Other parts can be printed 0%infill and 3 perimeters with 1.2mm top and bottom.
Fan ducts can be placed on table "side down" for no-support print.
Fan nuts should be printed 4 times.
For titan-aero:
1pcs DIN965 or M3x9
3pcs DIN7985 M3x30 or 35
1pcs DIN7985 M3x25
1pcs M3 nut
4pcs DIN7985 M3x12
Mount
Cooling
Hotend
Electric
You have to weld at least one angle connector xh2.54 to the printerhead board.
Then crimp fan cables with xh2.54 male-connectors "2 fans in one connector".
Like that set of paired connectors
And you may like Crimper PC-2549 Crimping is also possible with teeth and pliers. So tool is optional.
Firmware and printer config
This mod requires few changes or checks or calibrations:
**Good luck!
Oh! One more thing. If you like to thank me, then
