Blast Gate. 1.5 inch SCH 40 pipe. Workshop Dust Collection

Resized and optimized for 1.5" SCH 40 pvc pipe.

Dust collector blast gate / shutoff valve.

Requires one M5x15 bolt, washers, nut. Or M5x20, washers, nyloc nut. Qty 3 M3x10 bolts with no nuts.

Drill out one body half and the spacer to 3mm, bolts will self-tap into the back side.

Woks well with Ridgid brand 1-7/8" shop vac hose. Midsection of the hose is a slip fit into this and 1.5" pipe fittings. Ends can also be repurposed for other fittings. Generic 50mm cyclone with a 5gal bucket for dust separation.

1/18/22 Added Body-1.5_SCH-tall, holds the vac hose better.

1/31/22 Added Slider-1.5-R, Slider-1.5-L with better stop finish. Smaller od Bushing original was printing a touch tight.
