Z axis knob to match the extruder knob by Sirpug. CR10 / Ender 3 extruder knob by Sirpug - Thingiverse

Threaded section was pulled from another Thing. I printed Thread_test first and found I needed to scale the knob 103% on X & Y to have the thread fit well.
