I really like the cookie pops being held in this wonderful picture by Fransuaza Stein Cosplay, unfortunately I couldn't find a downloadable versions of these cookies anywhere. So I had to design my own. My versions aren't exact, but I think they're cute.

As soon as the "Popsicle Sticks" I ordered from Amazon show up, I'll be making these cookie pops for the family and update this posting.

As always, I am including a copy of my basic Sugar Cookie Dough Recipe.

================================================================

Ok, I made my first batch of Cookie Pops today and (in my case) I found that you can't insert a stick into raw dough and expect the cookie to hold it's shape. I also learned that you can't insert a stick into baked cookie dough, this ruins the shape also.

Happily, with a little experimenting, I found that if you sandwich the stick between two layers of cookie dough before baking ... it works just fine - as shown in my picture !!!
